Below as show cases of work we've undertaken, from the small to the large, giving examples of our capabilities and workmanship.
Replacement Ashpan
Doing work for the heritage railway industry, we understand the drawings aren't always available (the original is visible in photo, top right). For this contract, we took a preexisting Ashpan from a Local Railway company and created a perfect recreation. All welds afterwards were subject to 100% MPI before being received happily by our customer.
Steam Lance Adapter Flanges
Our customer had a project for 13 off Steam Lances in 316L with Cobalt Nickle Spray Nozzles. Goods were hydro tested and DPI'd to our customers requirements.
Vacuum Furnace Coils
These spiral wound manifolds were supplied complete by us to our customer in the heat treatment industry. The 316L Coolers had rolled spiral wound tubes, pressure tested to 1.5x of the working pressure and were subject to 100% DPI of all welds.
Free Issue Nozzle Adatpors
Our customer needed these 59 Nozzle Adaptors as quickly as possible. Having capacity at the time we were able to turn them around in a day and help our customer meet their requirements to their customer. No Testing or NDT on them, just a small GTAW fillet weld done in good time.
